Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The strong man is not the one who defeats others in wrestling, but the strong man is the one who controls himself at the time of anger."
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to advise him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not get angry." He asked several times (but) the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not get angry."
