Mukhtasar Bukhari (Abridged) 388 — If imam needs to leave after iqamah

Narrated Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): Once the Iqamah for prayer was pronounced and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was talking quietly to a man in a corner of the mosque. He did not stand up for the prayer until some people started dozing off.
