Mukhtasar Bukhari (Abridged) 1256 — Decorating swords with gold

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: "Indeed, all these conquests were achieved by those whose swords had neither gold nor silver work on them. Their swords had work of leather, lead, and iron."
