حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمُرِّيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسٍ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: جَاءَتْ أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ بَعْضَ جِسْمَكَ فِي بَيْتِي، قَالَ: نِعْمَ مَا رَأَيْتِ تَلِدُ فَاطِمَةُ غُلَامًا وَتُرْضِعِيهِ بِلَبَنٍ قُثَمٍ، قَالَتْ: فَأَتَتْ بِهِ تَحْمِلُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَخَذَتْهُ، فَوَضَعَتْهُ فِي حِجْرِهِ، فَبَالَ فَلَطَمْتُهُ بِيَدِهَا، فَقَالَ: «أَوْجَعْتِ ابْنِي رَحِمَكِ اللهُ» ، قَالَتْ: هَاتِ إِزَارَكَ حَتَّى نَغْسِلَهُ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّمَا يُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الْجَارِيَةِ، وَيُنْضَحُ بَوْلُ الْغُلَامِ»
Qabus al-Shaybani (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from his father, who said: Umm al-Fadl (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "I have seen part of your body in my house." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You have seen a good dream. Fatimah will give birth to a son, and you will nurse him with the milk of Qutham." She said: So she brought him, carrying him, to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). She took him and placed him in his (peace and blessings be upon him) lap, and he urinated, so she slapped him with her hand. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You have hurt my son, may Allah have mercy on you!" She said: "Give me your waist-wrapper so that we may wash it." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The urine of a girl is washed, and water is sprinkled over the urine of a boy."
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ، قَالَ: قَالَتْ أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ رَأَيْتُ كَأَنَّ فِي بَيْتِي مِنْ أَعْضَائِكَ، فَقَالَ: خَيْرًا، تَلِدُ فَاطِمَةُ وَتُرْضِعِيهِ، فَوَلَدَتْ حَسَنًا أَوْ حُسَيْنًا فَأَرْضَعْتُهُ، فَجِئْتُ بِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمًا، فَوَضَعْتُهُ فِي حِجْرِهِ، فَبَالَ فَضَرَبْتُ كَتِفَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَوْجَعْتُ ابْنِي رَحِمَكِ اللهُ»
Qabus bin al-Mukhariq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Umm al-Fadl (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "O Messenger of Allah, I saw as if some of your limbs were in my house." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is good. Fatimah will give birth to a child, and you will nurse him." Then she gave birth to Hasan or Husayn, and I nursed him. Then one day I brought him to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and placed him in his (peace and blessings be upon him) lap, and he urinated, so I struck him on his shoulder. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You have hurt my son, may Allah have mercy on you!"
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا مِنْجَابُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ، عَنْ لُبَابَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَتْ: بَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فِي حِجْرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ: اعْطِنِي ثَوْبَكَ وَالْبَسْ ثَوْبًا غَيْرَهُ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّمَا يُغْسَلُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الْأُنْثَى، وَيُنْضَحُ مِنْ بَوْلِ الذِّكْرِ»
Sayyidah Lubabah bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Hasan bin Ali urinated in the lap of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so I said: "Give me your garment and put on another garment." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The garment is washed of the urine of a female (child), and water is sprinkled over the urine of a male (child)."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ، قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ، كَأَنَّ طَائِفَةً مِنْكَ فِي بَيْتِي فَقَالَ: خَيْرًا، تَلِدُ فَاطِمَةُ غُلَامًا، فَتُرْضِعِيهِ فِي بَيْتِكِ، فَوَلَدَتْ حَسَنًا، فَكَانَ فِي بَيْتِي، فَأَتَيْتُ بِهِ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَبَالَ عَلَيْهِ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَلْقِ هَذَا الثَّوْبَ أَغْسِلْهُ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّمَا يُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الْإِنَاثِ، وَلَا يُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الذِّكْرِ»
Qabus bin al-Mukhariq (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from his father, from Umm al-Fadl (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: I said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "I saw in a dream as if a part of you was in my house." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is good. Fatimah will give birth to a son; you will nurse him in your house." So she gave birth to Hasan, and he lived in my house. I brought him to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he urinated on him (peace and blessings be upon him). I said: "O Messenger of Allah, take off this garment so that I may wash it." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The urine of girls is washed, and the urine of a boy is not washed."
