حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَمُجَمِّعِ، ابْنِي يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ، عَنْ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِدَامٍ، «أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Khansa' bint Khidam (may Allah be pleased with her) that her father married her off while she was a thayyib (previously married), and she disliked it. So she came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) annulled that marriage.
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ إِسْرَائِيلَ الْقَطِيعِيُّ، ثنا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ وَدِيعَةَ، عَنْ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِدَامٍ، قَالَتْ: أَنْكَحَنِي أَبِي وَأَنَا كَارِهَةٌ، وَأَنَا بِكْرٌ، فَشَكَوْتُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «لَا تُنْكِحْهَا، وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ»
Sayyidah Khansa' bint Khidam (may Allah be pleased with her) said: My father married me off while I was unwilling, and I was a virgin. I complained about it to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not marry her off without her consent."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَمُجَمِّعِ، ابْنِي يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ، عَنْ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِدَامٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتٌ كَارِهَةً فَرَدَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نِكَاحَهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Khansa' bint Khidam (may Allah be pleased with her) that her father married her off while she was a virgin and disliked (the marriage), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) annulled her marriage.
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي الطَّاهِرِ بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِدَامِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ أَنَّهَا أَيِمَتْ مِنْ رَجُلٍ فَزَوَّجَهَا أَبُوهَا رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَأَنَّهَا حَبَّتْ إِلَى أَبِي لُبَابَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُنْذِرِ فَارْتَفَعَ شَأْنُهَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَمَرَ رَجُلٌ فَزَوَّجَهَا أَبُوهَا رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَأَنَّهَا حَنَّتْ إِلَى، أَبِي لُبَابَةَ
It is narrated from Sayyidah Khansa' bint Khidam bin Khalid (may Allah be pleased with her) that she had been widowed from a man, and her father married her to a man from Banu Amr bin Awf, while in her heart she was inclined towards Abu Lubabah bin Abd al-Mundhir. So her case was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). (The next part of the narration is repeated and unclear; it again restates that her father married her to the man from Banu Amr bin Awf while she was inclined towards Abu Lubabah, and the final decision of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) is not preserved in the text.)
حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْمُسْتَمْلِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتَ خِدَامٍ، زَوَّجَهَا أَبُوهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، «فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the father of Khansa' bint Khidam (may Allah be pleased with her) married her off while she was unwilling. So she came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) annulled her marriage.
