حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَنْ سَفِينَةَ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي مَرَضِهِ الَّذِي تُوُفِّيَ فِيهِ: «الصَّلَاةُ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ» فَمَا زَالَ يَقُولُهَا حَتَّى مَا يُقْبَضُ بِهَا لِسَانُهُ
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), during the illness in which he (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away, kept saying: "(Take care of) the prayer, and (take care of) those whom your right hands possess." He (peace and blessings be upon him) kept saying it until his (peace and blessings be upon him) tongue could no longer speak.
حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَقِيلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ سَفِينَةَ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَصْحَبُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رُفْقَةً فِيهَا جَرَسٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The angels do not accompany a caravan in which there is a bell."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو النَّضْرِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ سَفِينَةَ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَصْحَبُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ رُفْقَةً فِيهَا جَرَسٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The angels do not stay with a caravan in which there is a bell."
