حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ سَاهِمُ الْوَجْهِ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَالِي أَرَاكَ سَاهِمَ الْوَجْهِ؟ قَالَ: «الدَّنَانِيرُ الَّتِي أَتَوْنَا بِهَا، نُسِّيتُهَا فِي خَصْمِ فِرَاشِي، نُسِّيتُ أَنْ أَقْسِمَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ أُمْسِيَ» .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me with a worried face, so I said: "O Messenger of Allah, why do I see you looking worried?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The dinars that were brought to us, I forgot them in the corner of my bed; I forgot to distribute them before evening came."
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنُ مَرْدَانِبَةَ، ثنا رُقْيَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ
A similar hadith is also narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her).
