حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، ثنا الْفَيْضُ بْنُ وَثِيقٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ الْغَنَوِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ سِتَّةَ أَعْبُدٍ مَمْلُوكِينَ لَهُ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ، «فَأَقْرَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man freed his six slaves at the time of his death, "so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cast lots between them, freed two, and kept four in slavery."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، ثنا عَنْبَسَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no shighar (exchange marriage without dower) in Islam."
