حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ، ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْقَيْسِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى شِيرَانَ، ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْرَمَ قَالَا: ثنا رَوْحٌ، ثنا أَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to command giving charity in his sermons and forbid mutilation.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، ثنا أَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade mutilation.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، ثنا أَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ سِتَّةً مِنَ الرَّقِيقِ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُمْ، " فَأَقْرَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمْ، فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ، وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man freed his six slaves at the time of his death, and he had no wealth other than them, "so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cast lots between them, freed two, and kept four in slavery."
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عِيسَى الْجَزَرِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا صُهَيْبُ بْنُ عَبَّادِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا أَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: «مَا خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا أَمَرَنَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَنَهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed us in a sermon, he commanded us to give charity and forbade us mutilation.
