Sayyidah Umm Qays bint Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with her) says: Ukkashah bin Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with him) went out from my house with a group of Banu Asad, wearing their shirts. Then, when I had prayed Maghrib, they came back carrying their shirts in their hands. I said: O Ukkashah, yesterday you went out wearing shirts, and now you have come back with your shirts in your hands? They said: O Umm Qays, on this day we have been granted the concession that when we have stoned the Jamrah, everything lawful becomes lawful for us except women; but if evening comes and we have not completed the remaining rites, we return to the state of ihram just as we were before stoning. So we went out from your house wearing shirts, but when evening came and we had not completed the rites, we came back with our shirts in our hands, as you have seen.
