حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: «جَعَلَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عُهْدَةَ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ»
Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) set for us a three-day guarantee period in the purchase of a slave."
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا نَكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When two guardians (separately) marry off (the same woman), then she (the marriage) belongs to the first one."
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْخَطَّابِ زِيَادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحَسَّانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَحْرٍ الْبَكْرَاوِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Any woman who is married off by two guardians belongs to the first of them."
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَعْمَرِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ
A similar hadith is also narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him).
