حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُشَّانَةَ الْمَعَافِرِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ ثَلَاثُ بَنَاتٍ فَصَبَرَ عَلَيْهِنَّ وَأَطْعَمَهُنَّ وَسَقَاهُنَّ وَكَسَاهُنَّ، كُنَّ لَهُ حِجَابًا مِنَ النَّارِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever has three daughters and is patient with them, feeds them, gives them drink and clothes them, they will be a screen for him from Hell."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مَنْدَهْ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ حَرْمَلَةَ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ التُّجِيبِيِّ، وَابْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُشَّانَةَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ ثَلَاثُ بَنَاتٍ فَصَبَرَ عَلَيْهِنَّ فَأَطْعَمَهُنَّ وَسَقَاهُنَّ وَكَسَاهُنَّ، كُنَّ لَهُ حِجَابًا مِنَ النَّارِ»
