حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ثَابِتٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «أُرِيتُ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ فَأُنْسِيتُهَا، وَإِنِّي أُرَانِي أَسْجُدُ فِي مَاءٍ وَطِينٍ» ، فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْجُدُ فِي مَاءٍ وَطِينٍ صَبِيحَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I was shown Laylat al-Qadr, then I was made to forget it, and I saw in a dream that I was prostrating in water and mud." (Abdullah bin Unays said:) Then I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prostrating in water and mud on the morning of the twenty-third (of Ramadan).
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ
A similar hadith is also narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays (may Allah be pleased with him).
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْحِمَّانِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُنَيْسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «رَأَيْتُنِي لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ أَسْجُدُ فِي مَاءٍ وَطِينٍ» . فَصَلَّى بِنَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ، فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَسْجُدُ فِي مَاءٍ وَطِينٍ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Unays (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I saw myself (in a dream) prostrating in water and mud on Laylat al-Qadr." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in prayer on the twenty-third night, and I saw him (peace and blessings be upon him) prostrating in water and mud.
