حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَالِمٍ الْجَيْشَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ امْرَأَةٌ بِطَلَاقِ أُخْرَى»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not permissible to marry a woman on the condition of divorcing another."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَغْبَةَ، قَالَ: ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَالِمٍ الْجَيْشَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً بِطَلَاقِ أُخْرَى، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَبِيعَ عَلَى بَيْعِ صَاحِبِهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ يَكُونُونَ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ إِلَّا أَمَّرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ أَحَدَهُمْ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ يَكُونُونَ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not permissible for a man to marry a woman on the condition of divorcing another; it is not permissible for a man to sell over the sale of his companion until he gives it up; it is not permissible for three people who are in a desolate land not to appoint one of them as their leader; and it is not permissible for three people who are in a desolate land that two of them converse privately, leaving out their third companion."
