Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: "A boy from Quraysh and I passed, riding on a donkey, in front of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not end his prayer. Then two little girls from Banu Abd al-Muttalib came and took hold of his (peace and blessings be upon him) knees, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) separated them and did not end his prayer."
Imam al-Tabarani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Shu'bah narrated it thus from al-Hakam, from Yahya bin al-Jazzar, from Suhayb, whereas Mansur differed from him in it.

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: "I came riding on a donkey, and with me, seated behind me, was a boy from Banu Abd al-Muttalib. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying in an open, empty place. We dismounted, then came and joined the prayer, and we left the donkey in front of them, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) paid no attention to it. Then two little girls from Banu Abd al-Muttalib came running, one following the other, until they reached the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) separated them and paid no attention to it."
