It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed in Hell there is a valley from which Hell itself seeks refuge four hundred times every day. This valley has been prepared for the show-offs of the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): for the one who carries the Book of Allah (but recites it to be seen), for the one who gives charity for other than Allah, for the one who performs Hajj to the House of Allah (to be seen), and for the one who goes out in the path of Allah (for jihad) (to be seen)."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A slave who obeys Allah and also obeys his masters, Allah will admit him into Paradise seventy years before his masters. The master will say: 'O my Lord, this one was my slave in the world!' Allah will say: 'I have rewarded him for his deeds, and I have rewarded you for your deeds.'"
