حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ مَجَاعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ الْبَصْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling an animal for an animal on credit.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ مَجَاعَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالشُّفْعَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The neighbour of a house has the greater right of pre-emption (shuf'ah)."
