حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا عَامِرُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَرْبِيٍّ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ أَتَى الْمَسْجِدَ، فَهُوَ زَائِرُ اللهِ، وَحَقٌّ عَلَى الْمَزُورِ أَنْ يُكْرِمَ الزَّائِرَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ablution (wudu) in his house and performs it well, then comes to the mosque, is a visitor of Allah, and it is a duty upon the one who is visited to honour the visitor."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَشْرَسَ الْوَرَّاقُ، ثنا أَبُو جَابِرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ صَلَّى، فَقَالَ: «أَلَا رَجُلٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى هَذَا، فَيُصَلِّيَ مَعَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man entered the mosque when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had already prayed, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Will no one give charity to this man by praying with him?"
