Sayyiduna Dhu'ayb al-Anbari (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The delegation of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by Umm Zubayb and took her carpet (zirbiyyah). So Zubayb went to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Prophet of Allah, the delegation has taken my mother's carpet." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Return his mother's carpet to him." So from the one who had taken his mother's carpet, a sa' of barley, his sword and his belt were also taken (in addition). Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his hand, passed it over Zubayb's head and said: "O boy, may Allah bless you, and may He bless your mother." Musa bin Harun said: "The zirbiyyah is a spread heavier than the zaylu (mat). Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, said: 'And fine carpets spread out' [Surah al-Ghashiyah: 16], meaning laid out."

Sayyiduna Dhu'ayb al-Anbari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "O Prophet of Allah, I wish to free someone specifically from the true lineage of Isma'il (peace be upon him)." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "Wait until the spoils (captives) of Banu al-Anbar arrive tomorrow." When the spoils of Banu al-Anbar arrived, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "Take four handsome, fair boys from among them whose heads are not covered." Ata' bin Khalid said: So I took my grandfather Rudayh, my paternal cousin Samurah, my paternal cousin Rukhya, and my maternal uncle Zubayb. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his hand, passed it over their heads and invoked blessings upon them, then said: "O Aishah, these are from the true lineage of Isma'il (peace be upon him)."
