حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ يَقُولُ: «لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ، إِنَّمَا هُوَ الْإِيمَانُ وَالنِّيَّةُ»
Sayyiduna al-Harith bin Ghaziyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say on the day of the Conquest of Makkah: "There is no emigration (from Makkah) after the Conquest; now there is only faith and intention."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ رَافِعٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ غَزِيَّةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ يَقُولُ: «مُتْعَةُ النِّسَاءِ حَرَامٌ» ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ
Sayyiduna al-Harith bin Ghaziyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say three times on the day of the Conquest of Makkah: "Mut'ah (temporary marriage) with women is forbidden."
