حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: ذَكَرُوا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، الْغُسْلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، فَقَالَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا، فَأُفِيضُ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثًا» ، ثُمَّ أَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ، كَأَنَّهُ يُفِيضُ بِهِمَا، عَلَى الرَّأْسِ
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The ritual bath (ghusl) for major impurity (janabah) was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I pour water over my head three times." Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured with his hand, as though he (peace and blessings be upon him) were pouring water over the head with them both.
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْغُسْلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، فَقَالَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا فَأُفْرِغُ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثًا»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The ritual bath (ghusl) for major impurity (janabah) was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I pour water over my head three times."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأَشْنَانِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: تَذَاكَرْنَا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، غُسْلَ الْجَنَابَةِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا فَأُفِيضُ عَلَى رَأْسِي مَرَّاتٍ مِنَ الْمَاءِ، فَأَغْسِلُ رَأْسِي مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: We discussed the ritual bath (ghusl) for major impurity (janabah) in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I pour water over my head several times, and in this way I wash my head from major impurity."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: تَذَاكَرْنَا غُسْلَ الْجَنَابَةِ، عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَّا: كَيْفَ نَفْعَلُ؟، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا، فَآخُذُ مِلْءَ كَفِّي، فَأُفِيضُ عَلَى رَأْسِي، ثُمَّ أُفِيضُ بَعْدُ عَلَى سَائِرِ جَسَدِي»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: We discussed the ritual bath (ghusl) for major impurity (janabah) in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and a man among us said: How should we do it? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I take a palmful of water and pour it over my head, then after that I pour it over the rest of my body."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ح وثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْقَطْرَانِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، قَالُوا: ثنا زُهَيْرٌ، ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، أَنَّهُمْ ذَكَرُوا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، الْغُسْلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا فَأُفِيضُ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثًا، وَأَشَارَ بِيَدَيْهِ كِلْتَيْهِمَا»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that they mentioned the ritual bath (ghusl) for major impurity (janabah) in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I pour water over my head three times," and he (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured with both his hands.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا عَمَّارُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: تَمَارَيْنَا فِي الْغُسْلِ، عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا، فَأَصُبُّ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثَةَ أَكُفٍّ»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: We disputed about the ritual bath (ghusl) in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I pour three handfuls of water over my head."
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَيُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي، قَالَا: ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: تَمَارَوْا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِي الْغُسْلِ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا، فَأُفِيضُ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثًا»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: They disputed about the ritual bath (ghusl) for major impurity (janabah) in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I pour water over my head three times."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ الْغُسْلُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا، فَإِنَّهُ يَكْفِينِي أَنْ أَصُبَّ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، مِلْءَ كَفِّي مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The ritual bath (ghusl) was mentioned in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, it is enough for me to pour over my head three times, a palmful of water each time, for major impurity."
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: ذَكَرْنَا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، الْغُسْلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا، فَأَتَوَضَّأُ، وُضُوئِي لِلصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ آخُذُ مِلْءَ كَفِّي، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، فَأَصُبُّهُ عَلَى رَأْسِي، ثُمَّ أغْتَسِلُ»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: We mentioned the ritual bath (ghusl) for major impurity (janabah) in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "As for me, I perform ablution (wudu) as for the prayer, then I take a palmful of water three times and pour it over my head, then I bathe."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْخَضِرِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاذٍ النَّحْوِيُّ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ السُّكَّرِيُّ، عَنْ رَقَبَةَ بْنِ مَصْقَلَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ غُسْلُ الْجَنَابَةِ، عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: «أَمَّا أَنَا، فَإِنِّي أَصُبُّ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثًا»
