حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَائِلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَرَادَةَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَرَّ بِقِدْرٍ لِبَعْضِ أَهْلِهِ فِيهَا لَحْمٌ يُطْبَخُ، فَنَاوَلَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْهَا كَتِفًا، فَأَكَلَهُ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»
Sayyiduna Abu Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) when he (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a cooking pot belonging to one of his family members in which meat was cooking. Someone handed him (peace and blessings be upon him) a shoulder from it, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) ate it while standing, then prayed and did not perform ablution."
