حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، " فِي الَّذِي يُصِيبُ الْحُدُودَ، ثُمَّ يُقْتَلُ عَمْدًا، قَالَ: إِذَا جَاءَ الْقَتْلُ مَحَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning a person who commits offences liable to hudud punishments and is then deliberately killed, that he said: "When killing comes, it wipes out everything."
