حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: " حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ امْرَأَةً وَأَنَا أَكْرَهُ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ: الْأَمَةُ وَأُمُّهَا، وَالْأُخْتَانِ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَالْأَمَةُ إِذَا وَطِئَهَا أَبُوكَ، وَالْأَمَةُ إِذَا وَطِئَهَا ابْنُكَ، وَالْأَمَةُ إِذَا زَنَتْ، وَالْأَمَةُ فِي عِدَّةِ غَيْرِكَ، وَالْأَمَةُ لَهَا زَوْجٌ، وَأَمَتُكَ مُشْرِكَةٌ، وَعَمَّتُكَ وَخَالَتُكَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ "
Qatadah narrated that Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, has forbidden twelve women, and I dislike twelve: a slave girl and her mother (kept together), two sisters kept together, a slave girl with whom your father has had intercourse, a slave girl with whom your son has had intercourse, a slave girl who has committed fornication, a slave girl who is in the waiting period ('iddah) of someone else, a slave girl who has a husband, your idolatrous slave girl, and your paternal aunt and your maternal aunt through breastfeeding."
