حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجٌ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ، وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَا: «الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا لَهَا السَّكَنُ، وَالنَّفَقَةُ»
Ibrahim narrated that Sayyiduna Umar and Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "A woman who has been divorced three times is entitled to both housing and maintenance."
