Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9661 — I was informed about Sayyiduna Ali

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ، قَالَ: نُبِّئْتُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فِي الْبِكْرِ تُسْتَكْرَهُ نَفْسُهَا: «أَنَّ لِلْبِكْرِ مِثْلُ صَدَاقِ إِحْدَى نِسَائِهَا، وَلِلثَّيِّبِ مِثْلُ صَدَاقِ مِثْلِهَا»
Abd al-Karim narrated: I was informed about Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them both) that they said, concerning a virgin who is forced (into fornication): "The virgin is owed compensation equal to the dowry of one of the women of her standing, and the previously married woman is owed the like of the dowry of one like her."
