حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، فِي عِدَّةِ الْأَمَةِ قَالَ: «يَكُونُ عَلَيْهَا نِصْفُ الْعَذَابِ، وَلَا يَكُونُ لَهَا نِصْفُ الرُّخْصَةِ»
Ibrahim narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning the waiting period of a slave woman that he said: "Half the severity (of a free woman's punishment) is upon her, yet she is not given half the concession."
