حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ صَاحِبٍ لَهُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَا: «عَصَبَةُ ابْنُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ»
Al-Sha'bi narrates from Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with them both) that they said: "The agnatic heirs ('asabah) of the child of a woman subjected to li'an are the agnatic heirs of his mother."
