Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9617 — from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud that he said

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «إِذَا مَلَّكَهَا أَمْرَهَا فَتَفَرَّقَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقْضِيَ شَيْئًا فَلَا أَمْرَ لَهَا»
Mujahid narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "When he (the husband) gives her authority over her own affair, and then the two separate (from that sitting) before she decides anything, she has no authority left."
