Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9598 — from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud that he said

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجٌ، ثنا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «فِي الْحَرَامِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ»
Mujahid narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "(Saying something is) forbidden (haram) requires the expiation of an oath."
