Sayyiduna Abu Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had prayed Asr, he would sometimes go to Banu Abd al-Ashhal and sit and talk with them, and sometimes he (peace and blessings be upon him) would keep talking until the Maghrib prayer. Once I was walking with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to the Maghrib prayer, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) was walking quickly. We passed by al-Baqi', and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Uff, uff upon you." I thought that it was meant for me, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Walk on, what is the matter with you?" I said: O Messenger of Allah! Have I done something wrong? He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What is that?" I said: Did you say 'uff' to me, O Messenger of Allah? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, rather this is the grave of so-and-so, whom I sent as a collector to Banu so-and-so. He embezzled a coat of mail, and now he has been clothed in a coat of mail like it made of fire."
