حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ كِلَاهُمَا، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ الْعَامِرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا اتَّبَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ جِنَازَةً فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِجَوَانِبِ السَّرِيرِ كُلِّهِ فَإِنَّهُ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ، ثُمَّ لْيَتَطَوَّعْ بَعْدُ أَوْ لِيَدَعْ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ أَبِي نُعَيْمٍ
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا اتَّبَعَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْجِنَازَةَ فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِجَوَانِبِ السَّرِيرِ كُلِّهِ، ثُمَّ لْيَتَطَوَّعْ بَعْدُ أَوْ يَذَرْ»
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: «مَنْ تَبِعَ جِنَازَةً فَلْيَحْمِلْ بِجَوَانِبِ السَّرِيرِ كُلِّهَا، فَإِنَّهُ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ، ثُمَّ لْيَتَطَوَّعْ بَعْدُ إِنْ شَاءَ»
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا اتَّبَعَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْجِنَازَةَ فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِجَوَانِبِ السَّرِيرِ كُلِّهِ، ثُمَّ لْيَتَطَوَّعْ بَعْدُ أَوْ يَذَرْ»
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ الْمُعْتَمِرِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: «مَنْ تَبِعَ جِنَازَةً فَلْيَحْمِلْ بِجَوَانِبِ السَّرِيرِ كُلِّهَا، فَإِنَّهُ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ، ثُمَّ لْيَتَطَوَّعْ بَعْدُ إِنْ شَاءَ»
Abu Ubaydah narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "When one of you follows a funeral, let him take hold of all the sides of the bier, for that is of the Sunnah; then after that, if he wishes, let him carry more or leave it." (These are the words of Abu Nu'aym's narration.)
The same is also narrated through another chain: "When one of you follows the funeral, let him take hold of all the sides of the bier; then after that, if he wishes, let him carry more or leave it."
Through another chain: Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever follows a funeral, let him carry all the sides of the bier, for that is of the Sunnah; then after that, if he wishes, let him carry more."
The same is also narrated through another chain: "When one of you follows the funeral, let him take hold of all the sides of the bier; then after that, if he wishes, let him carry more or leave it."
Through another chain: Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever follows a funeral, let him carry all the sides of the bier, for that is of the Sunnah; then after that, if he wishes, let him carry more."
