Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9538 — he said: He should make up one day

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ، عَنِ الْهُرْمُزَانِ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، قَالَ: «يَقْضِي يَوْمًا مَكَانَهُ» قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: «لَا يُؤْخَذُ بِهَذَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning a man who kisses (his wife) while fasting, that he said: "He should make up one day in its place." Sufyan said: "This is not acted upon."
