Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9377 — The time between the two prayers

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، ثنا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «مَا بَيْنَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ وِتْرٌ، مَا بَيْنَ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ، وَصَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The time between the two prayers, that is, between the Isha prayer and the Fajr prayer, is the time of witr."
