حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «لَا يُرْكَعُ قَبْلَ الْإِمَامِ، وَلَا يُرْفَعُ قَبْلَهُ، وَلَا يُسْجَدُ قَبْلَهُ، وَلَا يُرْفَعُ قَبْلَهُ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "One should not bow before the imam, nor raise the head before him, nor prostrate before him, nor raise the head before him."
