Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9335 — Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud was sitting

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) was sitting with his companions in the mosque when two men came in and stood behind two pillars. One of them prayed while he had let his lower garment hang down, and the other was not completing his bowing and prostration. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) began to look at the two of them. His companions said: "These two have distracted you from us." He said: "Yes. As for this one, meaning the one letting his lower garment hang down, Allah does not look at him; and as for this one, meaning the one who does not complete his bowing and prostration, Allah does not accept (the prayer) from him."
