Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9333 — When you (mistakenly) stand up, or sit

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «إِذَا قُمْتَ أَوْ جَلَسْتَ أَوْ سَلَّمْتَ فَاسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ، ثُمَّ تَشَهَّدْ، ثُمَّ سَلِّمْ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When you (mistakenly) stand up, or sit down, or give the salam, then perform the two prostrations of forgetfulness, then recite the tashahhud, then give the salam."
