Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9293 — When one of you prostrates, let him not
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: «إِذَا سَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَا يَسْجُدْ مُتَوَرِّكًا، وَلَا مُضْطَجِعًا فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا أَحْسَنَ السُّجُودَ سَجَدَتْ عِظَامُهُ كُلُّهَا»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When one of you prostrates, let him not prostrate sitting on his buttocks, nor lying down, for when he prostrates properly, all of his bones prostrate."
