Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9183 — Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud was asked

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ فَقَالَ: «هَلْ هُوَ إِلَّا كَطَرَفِ أَنْفِكَ؟»
Alqamah narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about touching the private part, while I was listening, and he said: "Is it not part of your body just like the tip of your nose?"
