Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9125 — Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud freed
حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَلَطِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْعُمَيْسِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ، أَعْتَقَ غُلَامًا لَهُ، فَقَالَ: «أَمَا إِنَّ مَالَكَ لِي، وَلَكِنْ قَدْ تَرَكْتُهُ لَكَ»
Umayr narrates that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) freed a slave of his and said to him: "Listen! Your wealth is mine, but I have left it to you."
