Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9096 — The decline of the sun is its setting

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The decline of the sun is its setting. When the sun set, the Arabs would say: 'The sun has declined, barah (that is, it has disappeared).'"
