Abu Rafi (may Allah be pleased with him), freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); his name was Ibrahim, and it is said Aslam

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فُسْتُقَةُ، ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «مَاتَ أَسْلَمُ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ قَتْلِ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ سَنَةَ خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ»
Harun bin Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Sayyiduna Aslam (may Allah be pleased with him), the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), died after the martyrdom of Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), in the year 35 AH."
