Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8969 — Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud recited this verse

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، قَالَ: تَلَا عَبْدُ اللهِ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: {يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ الْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ الْأَرْضِ، وَالسَّمَاوَاتُ وَبَرَزُوا لِلَّهِ الْوَاحِدِ الْقَهَّارِ} [إبراهيم: ٤٨] ، قَالَ: «يُجَاءُ بِأَرْضٍ كَأَنَّهَا سَبِيكَةُ فِضَّةٍ لَمْ يُسْفَكْ عَلَيْهَا دَمٌ، وَلَمْ تُعْمَلْ عَلَيْهَا خَطِيئَةٌ، فَأَوَّلُ مَا يُحْكَمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِيهِ فِي الدِّمَاءِ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) recited this verse: "On the Day when the earth will be changed into another earth, and the heavens as well, and they will all come forth before Allah, the One, the Irresistible" [Surah Ibrahim: 48]. Then he said: "A land will be brought as if it were an ingot of silver, upon which no blood has ever been shed and no sin has ever been committed; and the first matter to be judged between people will be (cases of) blood."
