حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِي، ثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ، عَنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «مَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ، وَالْأَرْضِ مَسِيرَةُ خَمْسِ مِائَةِ عَامٍ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Between the heaven and the earth is a distance of five hundred years' travel."
