Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever gives people a ruling on everything they ask is insane." - These are the words of Sulayman bin Harb, and al-Hawdi in his narration reported the words: "on everything about which they seek a ruling."
