Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8400 — By the One besides whom there is no god

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثنا قُطْبَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: «وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ سُورَةٌ إِلَّا وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ أَيْنَ نَزَلَتْ، وَلَا فِيهِ آيَةٌ إِلَّا وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ فِيمَا أُنْزِلَتْ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah (bin Mas'ud) (may Allah be pleased with him) says: "By the One besides whom there is no god, there is no surah in the Book of Allah except that I know where it was revealed, and there is no verse in it except that I know concerning what it was revealed."
