Musa bin Talhah bin Ubaydullah from Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8307 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: O Uthman!

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُوسَى بْنَ طَلْحَةَ، يَذْكُرُ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ أَبِي الْعَاصِ أَخْبَرَهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا عُثْمَانُ أُمَّ قَوْمَكَ مَنْ أَمَّ قَوْمًا فَلْيُخَفِّفْ، فَإِنَّ فِيهِمُ الضَّعِيفَ، وَإِنَّ فِيهِمُ الْمَرِيضَ، وَإِنَّ فِيهِمْ ذَا الْحَاجَةِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman bin Abi al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Uthman! Lead your people in prayer. Whoever leads a people in prayer should keep it light, for among them are the weak, among them are the sick, and among them are those with needs."
