Reports Umar bin Abi Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8249 — I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُتَوَشِّحًا بِهِ»
Sayyiduna Umar bin Abi Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) praying in a single garment in the house of Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); he (peace and blessings be upon him) had wrapped himself in it."
