Reports Umar bin Abi Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 8247 — he saw the Prophet ﷺ praying in a single

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّهُ «رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فِي ثَوْبٍ، قَدْ أَلْقَى طَرْفَهُ عَلَى عَاتِقَيْهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar bin Abi Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) praying in a single garment in the house of Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); he (peace and blessings be upon him) had placed its end over both his shoulders.
