حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَكَفَرَ بِمَا يُعْبَدُ مِنْ دُونِ اللهِ حَرَّمَ اللهُ مَالَهُ وَدَمَهُ، وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللهِ»
Abu Malik al-Ashja'i narrates from his father that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever says 'La ilaha illallah' (there is no god but Allah), and disbelieves in whatever is worshipped besides Allah, Allah has made his wealth and his blood inviolable, and his reckoning is with Allah."
